Given the personalized nature of our items, all items are considered final sale. Change of mind returns will not be accepted.

Our team will only accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect name print
• Faulty hardware

Should any of the following reasons apply to your order, feel free to contact us at reverykeepsakes@gmail.com and send us pictures/videos of the issue for resolution. If you are eligible for a refund, there is no need to return the item anymore 😉
