Shipping Policy

All items ship from Manila, Philippines! Keep this in mind when placing an order 🤍

For your convenience, we offer 2 shipping types:

1. Standard Shipping - Shipped via Air Parcel of PHLPost (The Philippines' national postal service). Once shipped, this is fulfilled by your country's local postal service. Usual turnaround time is 1 week, however kindly factor in delays that may be brought about by the Philippine postal office.
   
   
2. Express Shipping - Shipped via DHL/Fed Ex (whichever is available at the time of booking). This is the more reliable and secure shipping option, with a usual turnaround time of 3-5 days! If you're in a rush to receive your order, we recommend using this option instead if it's within your budget.
   

For both options, shipments are Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes levied by your country upon receiving your package. Revery Keepsakes cannot reimburse payments made for such fees. 

Customs regulations vary widely by country, and duties depend on the type of items shipped, their value, and the receiving country’s policies. Rest assured that all items in your order will be declared properly on our end.
